Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. We are currently seeking an Engineering graduate who demonstrates the following attributes and behaviors: innovative, self-motivated, adaptable, goal-oriented, committed to excellence, and a collaborative team player.
As a participant in the program, you will join as a Graduate and receive exposure to relevant areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience and training in your field. To be eligible, applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with an overall average percentage of 65% or higher. Candidates who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
